for clients / investors

Any built asset you commission is the solution to a challenge you are facing. But do you fully understand the challenge? And how do you engage the right team to articulate the solution?

Entwine has experience with key preconstruction activities including the creation of design briefs, procuring for positive outcomes, understanding the market, and on-going risk management.

All to enable the maximum return from your investment.

for architects

Architects are expected to be all things to all parties, often whilst running successful practices in parallel. This is not easy.

If you are struggling to communicate your value-add, create high performing teams, or appropriately manage risk, then look no further.

Leah has positively contributed to design practices in areas that range from quality management to marketing.

for head contractors

Managing design risk and effectively controlling the preconstruction process is one of the greatest challenges facing you today, regardless of whether you Design & Build or not.

Leah has impressive experience in not only design managing complex builds and trade packages, but also in assisting head contractors successfully up-skill in this area.

Leah can ensure you have the culture, strategy, tools and training in place to manage your risk whilst ensuring your clients achieve the outcomes they are banking on too.

for manufacturers

Some of you may be established companies servicing the wider construction industry, and some of you may be start-ups.

Regardless, if you are seeking assistance with strategic or operational improvement or just need to craft a meaningful business plan, Leah can help you.
Picture

for innovators

No idea where to start or what the term innovation even really means? Want to understand incremental versus disruptive?

Leah understands the nuts and bolts of what is essentially modern business-speak for old school R&D. Not only has she studied under global leaders in this field, but she's also run design teams on high-risk explorative projects.

If innovation is what you seek, then Leah can help you.

for industry advocates

Are you an organisation lobbying for or working to improve the design and delivery of our built environment?

Do you need help with articulating complex challenges and formulating both the solution and the strategy for change?

Leah has impressive experience in this field. Not only has Leah authored respected industry reports (links below), but she also led PrefabNZ through an in-depth strategy overhaul.
Please feel free to get in touch with entwine to discuss your individual business challenges and how entwine might assist. Engagements are available on both a consulting and contracting basis.

coaching

Services that empower, enable, and drive success.
A dynamic individual, Leah has taught Business English in China, volunteered at a remote Aboriginal Community School in Western Australia, and competed in multiple ocean yacht races. These rich experiences have provided Leah with invaluable first-hand knowledge of individualised learning needs, the impact of culture on communication, and decision-making under stress. Thus coaching workshops are not lectures, but true learning experiences.
